We helped a local leather brand successfully applied for BUD special funds and successfully expanded into the Mainland China market in the fiscal year 2022. They established a 2,000 square feet office and retail point in Shenzhen and hired two salespersons locally. Additionally, they also recruited a materials supplier and a project manager in Hong Kong.
We also assisted the enterprise in applying for the production of clothing samples, creating a new website, and producing brochures, posters, and booklets. The total expenditure for these activities amounted to HKD $1,703,100, and the enterprise successfully obtained the maximum funding amount from the BUD special fund application.。
We assisted the enterprise in applying to participate in the March and July 2023 editions of Paris Fashion Week after they had successfully entered the Mainland China market. In addition to helping them secure funding for exhibition venues, sample products, and promotional materials, we also successfully applied for funding to cover round-trip transportation and accommodation expenses. Furthermore, we assisted in the successful application for hiring multiple sales-related personnel and a project manager, resulting in the enterprise obtaining the maximum funding amount from the BUD special fund (HKD $1,000,000).
Obtaining these two grants significantly alleviated the financial burden of expanding the enterprise's business. This allows them to move forward with ease and take big strides towards entering the international market, laying the foundation for their international market penetration.
Providing consulting services to negotiate market expansion in Guangzhou with alcohol and liquor wholesalers
In addition to directly applying for the BUD special fund on behalf of our clients, our company also provides consulting services to gradually assist enterprises in independently applying for the BUD fund. In mid-2022, we successfully assisted a liquor supplier in applying for the BUD fund as a consultant to expand their market in Guangzhou.
To begin with, our first step was to assist the enterprise in understanding the necessary documents and information required for the BUD application. We meticulously analyzed the budget amount and content of the application and provided a comprehensive explanation of the BUD application process. We also shared valuable techniques and strategies for effectively responding to BUD inquiries. Furthermore, we proactively addressed any challenges or obstacles encountered by the enterprise during the BUD fund application, ensuring a thorough understanding and clear path towards a successful application.
In the end, the enterprise achieved remarkable success in securing funding for various essential expenses. This included rental costs for new business units, establishment expenses for a new company, the development of an online sales platform, effective advertising and promotional campaigns, as well as the recruitment of staff in Mainland China and Hong Kong. The total project cost amounted to HKD $1,968,580, with the enterprise receiving a notable BUD funding of HKD $994,290, which came close to the funding limit of the BUD special fund. Our assistance played a crucial role in providing the enterprise with a clearer understanding of the BUD application process and requirements, empowering them to unlock the key to a successful BUD application.
